Ms. CEO's Baby Daddy Is the Merchant of Death

Synopsis

Connor Reed built his power in the shadows, running Dominion Tech as the most feared arms dealer on the planet while the world had no idea who he really was. A string of assassination attempts forced him underground, living as an ordinary truck driver until a single night with Scarlett Hayes changed the entire trajectory of his life. He disappeared the next morning, focused on eliminating the people trying to kill him, believing that chapter was closed. Four years later, Scarlett finds him with something he was never prepared for: a daughter named Summer who has been growing up without a father. A flash marriage, a family he never planned, and enemies who never stopped hunting him put everything Connor has tried to protect on a collision course he cannot shoot his way out of alone.

Fascinating Curiosities About the Series

The series premiered in early February 2026 and quickly became one of the most talked-about vertical dramas of the year, generating widespread attention through its rare combination of arms-dealer action, corporate drama, and a genuinely moving father-daughter storyline running through the center of everything.
Nick Puya, who plays Connor Reed, was born on October 11, 1994, in South Florida and began his acting career at nineteen years old, developing into one of the most in-demand leading men in the vertical short-form drama industry through a series of high-profile platform productions.
Nikki Leigh, who plays Scarlett Hayes, is a model, actress, and content creator from Orange County, California, with over a million followers across her platforms. Her portrayal of a single mother CEO navigating both corporate warfare and the arrival of the world's most dangerous man brings genuine emotional grounding to the series.
The youngest cast member, Scarlett Shields, plays Summer with a naturalness that is impossible to manufacture, bringing warmth and innocence to every scene she shares with the lead cast and making the father-daughter dynamic the emotional engine the entire story runs on.
Connor Reed's decision to live undercover as a truck driver is one of the most effective identity concealment setups in recent vertical drama, placing the world's most powerful arms dealer inside the most deliberately unremarkable profession available, making his true nature all the more explosive when it surfaces.
The series spans a significant episode count and builds steadily through identity reveals, family confrontations, and action sequences that escalate in ambition as the story progresses, rewarding viewers who commit to the full arc with some of the most satisfying payoff moments on the platform.
Early viewer ratings placed the series at approximately 8.3 on IMDb, an unusually strong score for a short-form vertical production in its opening weeks, reflecting the depth of emotional connection audiences formed with both the action elements and the quieter family scenes between Connor and Summer.
